Your Satisfaction Is Our Priority

At The Gift Nook, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you're not satisfied, we offer a 7-day return policy on all tech-related products, including our Crystal Ball Lights and LED Picture Frames.

Return Eligibility

You can request a return if:

  • It’s within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • The product is unused, undamaged, and includes all original parts and packaging.

Once we receive the returned item, we’ll process your refund within 10 business days.

Items Not Eligible for Return

Please note, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Used or physically damaged products

  • Items with missing parts or accessories

  • Products bought on sale, discount, or clearance

How to Request a Return

Follow these simple steps to initiate a return:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

  2. Share your Order Number and reason for return.

  3. We’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions.

  4. Pack the item securely and send it back using the provided label.

  5. Once we receive it, your refund will be processed within 10 business days.

Refund Method

Your refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

  • For credit/debit card payments: refund will be credited back to your card.

  • For bank transfers or local payment methods in Pakistan: the refund will be sent directly to your bank or wallet account.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders: our team will coordinate with you to arrange the refund via your preferred method.
