Q. How do I place an order?

A. Placing an order at The Gift Nook is quick and easy:

  1. Browse and select the product you like.

  2. Click on the “Add to Cart” button.

  3. Want more items? Just repeat the process.

  4. Once done, go to your Cart (from the top menu).

  5. Click “Proceed to Checkout.”

  6. Fill in your delivery details and review your order summary.

  7. Click “Place Order.”

  8. That’s it! You’ll receive an order confirmation via email.

  9. We deliver all orders via Cash on Delivery (COD).

Q. How do I cancel my order?

A. You can cancel your order in the following ways:

  • If you have an account, log in and cancel your order from the dashboard.

  • If you ordered as a guest, simply contact us on WhatsApp at 0316-7563545 during working hours.

  • You may also cancel during the confirmation call made by our team before dispatch.
